Weerawong C&P provides a wide array of corporate and business services to publicly held and private businesses. In many cases, we serve as general counsel for corporations and represent them in all legal aspects of corporate life, beginning with the original establishment of the enterprise. Our general corporate practice is broad and often intersects with closely related practices— particularly tax, corporate transactions and securities.

Our lawyers advise on all aspects of corporate governance, including director and officer liability. We represent corporations in structuring their initial capitalization and in ongoing corporate financing transactions. We also counsel businesses in connection with their ongoing corporate relationships with domestic and international customers, suppliers and distributors.

Some of our recent significant transactions include:

• Providing legal advice to CIMB Group Sdn Bhd on general corporate matters and business operations after the BankThai's acquisition.
• Providing legal advice to KT ZMICO Securities Co., Ltd. (formerly, KTB Securities Co., Ltd.) on matters related to general corporate of the company.
• Acting as inspector on shareholders' voting and at the 2009 Annual General Meeting and the Extra Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders and on general securities advice to Seamico Securities Public Company Limited.
• Acting as inspector on shareholders’ voting at the 2009 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of TMB Bank Public Company Limited.
• Assisting Berli Jucker Public Company Limited (BJC) in the issuance of share certificates and update of the shareholders register book of 14 subsidiaries of BJC.
• Providing legal advice and services to Indorama Ventures Limited on general securities, corporate and corporate governance matters, and general legal advisory services in connection with Indorama's business operations.
• Representation of Siam City Bank Public Company Limited (SCIB) by providing legal advisory services to the company secretary of the company and advising on other general corporate matters of the company.
• Representation of Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited by providing legal advisory services to the company secretary of the company and advising on other general corporate matters of the company.
• Representation of GMM Grammy Public Company Limited in connection with the corporate restructuring within the Company's group and advising on general corporate matters of the company.
