Formerly the Bangkok office of White & Case LLP, which first commenced business in Thailand in 1993, WC&P is an independent Thai law firm established on January 1, 2009. We are currently one of Thailands largest independent law firms, with a team of nine partners and more than 55 lawyers.

Dedicated to helping our Thai and international clients explore the rich business opportunities in Thailand, we provide sensible, solution-based advice. With over 15 years experience, we are known for our ability to structure complex transactions, our practical problem-solving skills and our focus on getting the deal done. Our clients include major Thai conglomerates, as well as many of the worlds largest and most influential corporations and financial institutions. We also represent governments and state-owned enterprises, international agencies and a wide variety of investors and commercial enterprises.
