Ms. Siregran Sakuliampaiboon specializes in mergers and
acquisitions, the establishment of business in Thailand, corporate structuring, and corporate
management and control focusing on cross-border transactions. Having worked at reputable
international law firms in Thailand, she has extensive experience leading legal due diligence for
M&A transactions, and drafting and negotiating various types of commercial contracts customary
for M&A transactions. She provides legal advice to a wide variety of multinational clients in a
broad range of sectors, including food and beverages, energy, consumer goods, retail, and
manufacturing. She also has international working experience in Japan, Australia, and

Experience Representation of Global Power
Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC), the power
flagship company of the PTT Group, in the restructuring of GPSC’s battery business by transferring
the battery business (both shares and assets) to Nuovo Plus Co., Ltd., a joint venture company with
Arun Plus Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of PTT Public Company Limited (PTT)) with a view to a
greater expansion of the battery business both in Thailand and outside Thailand. The transaction
value was THB 2,428 million. The deal was signed in February 2022 and closed in April
2022.
Representation of private
equity firms in their acquisitions in food and beverage, consumer goods and medical equipment
businesses in Thailand. Representation of food and beverage
companies in the bidding processes and acquisitions of major food and beverage companies in
Thailand. Representation of domestic and international power producers
and investment funds in the acquisition of renewable power companies in Southeast
Asia. Representation of fintech and e-commerce companies in
relation to investments, joint ventures, electronic payment systems, operational agreements, and
data privacy. Representation of major fitness companies in the setting
up of the company, licensing and compliance, real estate acquisitions, contracts and in-depth advice
on all aspects of the business. Advised domestic and international real
estate companies in their acquisitions of hotel businesses and parks in Thailand. Advised international companies on FTAs, Thai mining laws, industrial production,
