Ploypapas Nakata is an associate in the regulatory and real estate practice group. Ploypapas also has experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.

- Represented a U.S. tobacco company in a joint venture agreement with multiple Thai major investors for the investment in e-commerce and e-finance businesses in Thailand.
- Represented a SET listed holding company in its divestiture of a telecommunications company to a subsidiary of a SET listed energy company, for a total value of THB 4.4 billion.
- Advised a financial institution in cryptocurrency, digital tokens, and related digital asset businesses, including electronic payment businesses.
- Advised a Singaporean social media company in matters relating to regulatory compliance concerning e-commerce and social media business operations.
- Represented a fiber glass company on its acquisition of 100% stake in microfiber company, a manufacturer of fiberglass products and aluminum sheets, for a total value of THB 1.85 billion.
- Represented a real estate development company on its acquisition of 49% stake in a renowned real estate developer entity.
- Represented a leading alternative investment manager firm serving many of the world's most prominent investors for the acquisition of land and building in Thailand.
- Represented a leading hotel chain on its divestiture of multiple hotels, resort and spa to affiliated entities of SET-listed company for a total value of approximately THB 925 million.
- Represented various clients in conducting land and building due diligence including regulatory and legal compliance for the acquisition, sale, and development of properties in relation to housing development, hotel, condominium, building, and factories.
- Advised the operator of food courier platform in Thailand, on multiple investment structuring alternatives and the optimization of its businesses from legal and commercial perspectives.
- Represented a leading multinational ride - hailing company concerning business operation and legal compliance.
