markets and mergers and acquisitions.Recent Experience Represented a leading non-bank company in Thailand in securing multi-currency
financing from development finance institutions (DFIs). Provided advice on

plants, including hydropower, solar, and gas-fired plants, spanning both domestic and
cross-border projects. Offered legal counsel to several creditors during
the rehabilitation proceedings of a major Thai airline
