Rattanajarungpond is an associate known for her adept handling of complex cross-border litigation
and international arbitration matters. She specializes in commercial litigation and white-collar
crime cases. Additionally, she provides advice and represents clients in disputes related to the
renewable energy, real estate, construction, and entertainment sectors, as well as in complex
administrative matters. Notably, she played a pivotal role in arbitration proceedings and related
English court cases concerning a USD 2 billion multi-party conspiracy claim, which was listed in The
Lawyer’s Top 20 Cases of 2022. She also has extensive experience in corporate, capital markets, and
foreign direct investment matters in Thailand. Recent Experience Representation of Chinese construction company
in a civil court case involving claims exceeding THB 125 million arising out of construction
agreements related to the construction of a public bridge in downtown Bangkok. Represented a leading Thai SET-listed real estate development company subsidiary
in an administrative court case concerning claims related to construction licenses for an
ultra-luxury condominium valued at approximately THB 6,481 million in downtown
Bangkok. Representation
of major renewable energy
companies in three arbitration proceedings under the
ICC Arbitration Rules in relation to claims of over USD 1 billion and multi-jurisdiction litigation
proceedings (including Belize, Hong Kong and Singapore) arising out of share purchase agreements,
agricultural land leases and rights to the use of agricultural land. We successfully lifted all
injunctive orders against our clients and the arbitration awards were favorable to our
clients. Advised and represented a major renewable energy company
in arbitration proceedings under the ICC Arbitration Rules in relation to claims arising out of
share purchase agreements, agricultural land leases and permissions to use agricultural land.
