Chusak Suwanpuchai is of counsel at Weerawong C&P with
extensive experience in land and construction matters. He advises clients on pre-registration,
registration and all issues under the real estate laws of Thailand. Prior to joining the Firm,
Chusak worked at one of Thailand’s major finance/securities companies as Chief of the Appraisal and
Juristic Act Section, as manager of several respected property appraisal companies, and in the field
of human resources, collectively for 30 years. He also guest lectures at local universities.
