Weerawong C&P represented Origin Property Public Company Limited, a leading condominium project developer, on corporate restructuring and offering of 150 million newly-issued shares valued at THB 1,350 million to the general public via initial public offering (IPO). Trading commenced on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 7 October 2015. The funds will reinforce Origin Property’s climb to a top-three condominium project developer with new projects in strategic areas.
