Weerawong, Chinnavat & Peangpanor Ltd. (WC&P) advised Lee Feed Mill Public Company Limited, a major animal feed/crop producer in Thailand which is also listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, on the repurchase of the company's shares from its shareholders. The (approx) US$16.7 million transaction closed on April 5, 2012. The transaction was led by Yaowarote  Klinboon, senior associate of WC&P.
