Weerawong, Chinnavat & Peangpanor Ltd. has advised PTT Public Co., Ltd. in connection with the issuance of unsecured and subordinated debentures to public investors, including PTT existing debentures holders of PTTC14DA and PTTC14DB and new retail investors in the amount of up to THB12,000 million. The debentures are rated AAA (tha) by Fitch Ratings (Thailand).  Bangkok Bank Pcl, Krung Thai Bank Pcl, The Siam Commercial Bank Pcl and KASIKORNBANK Pcl., are underwriters. The deal closed on December 12, 2014.
