Weerawong, Chinnavat & Peangpanor Ltd. has represented Great Pacific Properties Ltd, a subsidiary of TCC Land International Ltd, and its affiliates in the USD 818 million financing transaction with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp in the establishment of the newly incorporated Thai property fund, Thai Hotel Investment Freehold and Leasehold Property Fund, for real estate properties in prime tourist areas in Bangkok and other provinces, such as Phuket, Samui and Chiang Mai.
