Weerawong, Chinnavat & Peangpanor Ltd. (Weerawong C&P) advised Namyong Terminal Public Company Limited on its initial public offering (IPO) and listing of shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (the “SET”). The total offering size was USD 81.5 million (approximatelyTHB 2.445 billion).
