Weerawong C&P is representing Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT (FTREIT) in the offering and allocation of not exceeding 220,000,000 trust units in its fourth capital increase by means of a General Mandate to existing trust unitholders, using the method of Preferential Public Offering (PPO). The total value of this offering was approximately THB 2,090 million.
