law firm Simmons & Simmons for the Thailand content for the Clean Energy Tool, providing legal,
regulatory, and market information for the development, construction, operation, financing and
ownership of clean energy projects, including in renewable energy generation and energy
storage.
The tool includes content in question and answer format
across over 160 questions coveringgrid, land and permits, revenue streams, structuring and finance,
disputes and green hydrogen, thereby assisting parties in the decision making process to bring
renewable energy projects to market and maintain those investments in the
space.
With over 35 jurisdictions currently included and more being
added every month, the tool brings together best-in-class content to help scale the energy
transition. In addition to the over 35 jurisdictions already launched, content is in progress from
leading lawyers in over 60 countries across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Latin
America.
