Weerawong, Chinnavat & Partners Ltd. represented TICON Industrial Connection Public Company Limited (TICON) and JustCo (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a joint venture company of TICON, in its investment with JustCo (Bangkok) Co., Ltd. for the acquisition of all shares in co-office space and co-working space companies JustCo (Wireless Road) Co., Ltd. and JustCo (Sathorn Road) Co., Ltd. The deal valued at THB 82.5 million (approximately USD 2.5 million) closed on 20 August 2018.
