Weerawong C&P advised Jasmine International Public Company Limited (JAS), a leading telecommunications company in Thailand, on its divestment of a percentage of its units in Jasmine Broadband Internet Infrastructure Fund (JASIF). The transaction valued at THB 5.67 billion (USD 177 million) closed on 16 May 2018.
