Weerawong C&P represented BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited (BTSG), a leading provider of mass transit systems in Bangkok, in the issuance of its first senior unsecured debentures with multiple tranches and due dates up to 2029 for the purposes of the repayment of existing debts, investments and financing for the working capital of BTSG.

Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (Thailand) were the underwriters. The debentures valued at up to THB 7,000 million were issued on 26 December 2017.
