Weerawong C&P represented Credit Suisse in relation to the placement of 340 million newly issued ordinary shares of VGI Global Media Public Company Limited (VGI) and the sale of 103,163,300 existing ordinary shares. The deal was valued at THB 2.04 billion (approximately USD 63.8 million) and closed in December 2017. VGI is a leader in lifestyle advertising media networks and digital business services.
