Weerawong, Chinnavat & Partners Ltd. represented Sino-Pacific Trading (Thailand) Co., Ltd., the largest importer of grocery and confectionary products in Thailand in the acquisition of the entire share capital of Steenland Chocolate B.V., a chocolate manufacturing company in the Netherlands, from the Halloren Group. The transaction closed on 18 August 2017.
