Weerawong, Chinnavat & Partners Ltd. (Weerawong C&P) represented PTT Public Company Limited in PTT Group’s business restructuring involving the transfer of certain petrochemical businesses, propane business chain and bioplastic business chain, including the related service businesses, to PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited. The share and asset transfers valued at THB 26.3 billion (approximately USD 771 million) closed on 3 July 2017.
