Weerawong C&P represented WHA Corporation Group in the corporate restructuring, initial public offering and listing (spin-off) of WHA Utilities and Power Public Company Limited on the SET on 10 April 2017, valued at THB 6.02 billion (approximately USD 174.8 million).
