Weerawong, Chinnavat & Partners Ltd. (Weerawong C&P) represented PTT Public Company Limited in the offer to purchase (buy-back) of its USD 350,000,000 Senior Notes due 2035 and USD 600,000,000 Senior Notes due 2042 issued under Regulation S/Rule 144A and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Singapore Exchange. The completion date was 5 April 2017.
