Weerawong C&P represented Frasers Property Holdings Co., Ltd. (FPHT) in connection with the issue of new shares of Ticon Industrial Connection Public Company Limited. FPHT, a subsidiary of Frasers Centrepoint (Singapore), subscribed for newly issued shares of Thailand's Ticon through a Private Placement Offering following a Whitewash Approval. The deal was valued at THB 13,230,000,000 (approximately USD 384.5 million) and closed on 17 January 2017.
