Weerawong C&P represented Indorama Ventures Public CompanyLimited (IVL), aglobal producer of intermediate petrochemicals in its first issuance this yearof callable debentures of THB 5 billion unsecured and unsubordinated debenturesto II and HNW investors. The debentures are comprised of 4 tranches; 5, 10, 12and 15 years with a call option after the 7th year for the 10 year tranche andafter the 10th year for the 15 year tranche. Krungthai Bank Public CompanyLimited and KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited have been appointed as theunderwriters. The transaction closed on 20 October 2016.
