Weerawong,Chinnavat & Peangpanor Ltd. represented TCC Top Enterprise Limited (in its capacity as a borrower) and Siriwana Company Limited (in its capacity as a guarantor) on the USD 500,000,000 financing transaction with the Bank of China (Thai) Public Company Limited and the Bank of China (HongKong) Limited to finance the acquisition of shares in a group company’s shares through rights offering.
