Weerawong C&P represented Jasmine International Public Company Limited (JAS), a leading telecommunications company in Thailand, in the THB 6 billion (approximately USD 171.5 million) facility agreement provided by Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited. JAS owns telecom networks and various products and services covering communications including broadband internet, satellite-based communication, local and international telephone service, digital content and e-commerce. The funds are designated for the expansion of its broadband business. The deal closed on 15 July 2016.
