Weerawong C&P represented Credit Suisse AG (Singapore),a leading global private bank, in the financing of USD 500 million provided to Wide Broad Cast Co., Ltd. to finance the subscription of shares in the rights offering of the True Corporation Public Company Limited. The deal closed on 15 June 2016.
