Weerawong, Chinnavat & Peangpanor Ltd. represented The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, a leading commercial bank in Thailand, in the THB 18 billion financing (approximately USD 600 million) provided to Asset World Company Limited in relation to providing intercompany loans to its subsidiaries to finance prepayment obligations under the existing intercompany loan and existing loans with the bank and for investment in the capital expenditure of its projects.
