  • Representation of BankThai Public Company Limited and the syndicated lenders (UOB Ratanasin Bank Public Company Limited and the Siam Industrial Credit Public Company Limited) in connection with Baht 750 million credit facilities granted to the Evason Phuket Ltd.
     
  • Representation of TMB Bank Public Company Limited in connection with a Baht 472 million credit facility granted to JTK (Thailand) Limited, a subsidiary of LaSalle Investment Management Pte. Ltd., for a financing of the purchase of units in Sermmitr Tower, located in a prime area of Bangkok. 
     
  • Representation of TMB Bank Public Company Limited as arranger/lender in connection with a syndicated loan transaction for a joint venture in a waste water management project, including review of joint venture agreement and terms of reference, contract conditions issued by the Pollution Control Department, and preparing the loan agreement and certain parts of the information memorandum.
     
  • Representation of TMB Bank Public Company Limited in connection with Baht 1,512,000,000 credit facilities granted to Richee Holdings Alliance Company Limited for the purpose of refinancing its debts.
     
  • Representation of UOB Asia Limited, as Arranger, and United Overseas Bank Limited, as Lender, in connection with the US$ denominated Senior Secured Transferable Loan Facility in an amount equivalent to up to Baht 760 million to Carlton Hill Enterprises Limited to be utilized for acquisition of shares in Jasmine International Plc. 
     
  • Representation of UOB Asia Limited in relation to the bridging loan facility of USD 120 million to be provided to G Steel Public Company Limited to partly finance the acquisition of debt in a company in the steel industry. 
     
  • Representation of UOB Asia Limited as Arranger and United Overseas Bank Limited as Lender in connection with the proposed arrangement and extension of the USD Bridging Facility in an amount equivalent to Baht 2,600 million to Crossventure Holdings Limited and K2J Holding Company Limited to be utilized for acquisition of new shares of Tanayong Plc.
     
  • Representation of UOB Asia Limited as Arranger in relation to a USD Bridging Loan in the amount of US$ 80,500,000 to be granted by UOB to Anacostia Investments Limited and to finance the purchase price of Anacostia Investments Limited’s acquisition of claims against Jasmine Submarine Telecommunications Company Limited.
     
  • Representation of UOB Asia Limited in connection with a US$50,000,000 Facility Agreement for the refinancing of debt and for business operation of Lakewood Land Company Limited and Mahagitsiri Group. 
     
  • Representation of UOB Asia Limited regarding extending the payment term under the US$ 7,690,000 Loan Facility to Rattana Estate Plc. for financing of a condominium project in Bangkok.
     
  • Representation of Standard Bank Asia regarding a non-performing loan purchase agreement in the amount of Baht 999,446,000 entered into with Siam Commercial Bank Plc.
     
  • Representation of Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS) regarding the borrowing of an unsecured Japanese Yen equivalent of US$ 260,000,000 whereby Barclays Capital and CitiGroup Global Markets Asia Limited are the Mandated Lead Arrangers, Barclays Bank PLC, London, Citicorp Investment Bank Singapore Limited, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Hong Kong Branch, DBS Bank Limited and Export Development Canada are the Original Lenders and Citicorp International Ltd. is the Facility Agent.
     
  • Representation of Thai Telephone & Telecommunication Public Company Limited (TT&T), the operator of 1.5 millions telephone network in the provincial area of Thailand, in the planning and negotiation for restructuring and refinancing of TT&T's debts with its Thai and foreign financial and trade creditors.
     
  • Representation of Bangkok Metro Company Limited in the negotiation and financing of the MRTA, Thailand’s first underground rapid transit project.
     
  • Representation of Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) on a Thai syndicated loan agreement with Bangkok Bank as Arranger and Security Agent, and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ as Facility Agent, for the purpose of refinancing MMTH’s outstanding loan obligations. Deal value is approximately THB 10 billion (approx. US$333.3 million).
     
  • Representation of Sathorn Ria Company Limited, an affiliate of MEAG Pacific Star Asia Pte. Ltd. in connection with the financing of Sathorn Gardens Condominium Project provided by Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) Plc. to Sathorn Ria Company Limited. The amount of deal value is Baht 1,200 Million.
     
  • Representation of PYI Consulting & Ventures as Borrower and Credit Asia Capital Offshore Master Fund as Lender in connection with the Baht 280 million (approximately US$9.3 million) structured finance arranged by PYI for Thanapat Property Development’s acquisition of a real estate property.
     
  • Representation of Phuket Square Company Limited, in a Baht 2,585 million syndicated loan facility provided by KASIKORNBANK Plc. and Bank of Ayudhya Plc. to refinance Phuket Square Co., Ltd.’s debt to Krung Thai Bank Plc. and to finance a Jungceylon Project.
     
  • Representation of Ayudhya JF Asset Management Limited (AJF) in connection with the investment by investment funds under the management of AJF in the purchase of Nava Leasing Plc.'s debt (total value was Baht 172,000,000).

  • Representation of Lasalle Investment Management (Asia) Pte. Ltd. in a financing  transaction.  The total deal value was Baht 1,300 million.
     
  • Representation of Kimtex International Enterprise Company Limited, in relation to the purchase of a loan of Samart Corporation Public Company Limited from KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited. The deal value was Baht 2,145 million.
     
  • Representation of the General Electric Group of Companies in Thailand and Thai Farmers Bank Public Company Limited (now KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited) in a Master Credit Facilities Agreement in an amount of Baht 1 billion as guaranteed by General Electric Capital Corporation.

  • Representation of Amarin Plaza in a financing through property fund transactions.  The total deal value was Baht 1,400 million.
     
  • Representation of Thai Asset Management Corporation (TAMC) and the Industrial Finance Corporation of Thailand (IFCT) (as existing lenders) in relation to the debt financing of Thai Copper Industries Public Company Limited (as borrower).
     
  • Representation of Jalaprathan Cement Public Company Limited (JCC) in the Baht loan facility of up to Baht 1.5 billion provided by a syndicate of major Thai banks namely, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Siam City Bank Public Company Limited and The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited.  The loan was used for refinancing the existing debt of JCC and Jalaprathan Concrete Company Limited (JCP).
