Weerawong, Chinnavat & Peangpanor Ltd. (Weerawong C&P) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sakchai Limsiripothong as a partner, effective May 1, 2013.

Sakchai becomes a Partner in the Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group. He joined the Firm in 2004 having had extensive, prior, litigation experience at a respected international law firm and a well-known local law firm in Bangkok. His legal expertise includes litigation and arbitration, with a focus on commercial law, labor law, intellectual property infringement, wrongful acts, construction contracts, international trade, bankruptcy, business reorganization, white-collar crime, and banking. Sakchai also brings valuable experience to Weerawong C&P, having been a member of the Committee of Foreign Affairs, and a member of the Committee of Notaries Public of the Lawyers Council of Thailand, as well as being a contributing author to, "The Bankruptcy Law and Business Reorganization Process in Thailand" in the World Bank's global report, "Doing Business 2004 - 2013".
